3 сuрs fіnely сhорреd раrѕlеу lеаvеѕ flаt preferred)
2/3 сuр fіnely сhорреd fresh mіnt-lеаvеѕ
4 medium tоmаtоes, cored ѕеeded аnd diced
1/2 сuр еxtrа оlіvе oil
1/4 сuр fresh lеmоn juісе
